Char siu consists of rolled pork belly braised in a sweet and salty marinade made from soy sauce, sake, sugar, and mirin. It is a popular dish which is often used as a topping for Ramen.
Our Char siu is an easy to prepare product, just defrost and eat. It is already full of flavour so you can create a variety of dishes in no time at all. Try it on top of rice, in salads, with curry or even as an appetiser.
